Terms and conditions 4Hotels (Pty) Ltd

Standard Supplier Subscription (R99 p/m)

Your subscription includes direct marketing to over 21,000 hotels, lodges and corporate companies. After we receive your online registration and debit order mandate, we will capture your details and draft your listing. Your monthly subscription as a Standard Supplier will be R99.00 per month, which will be debited on the date you have chosen in the mandate. This is a month-to-month contract, you are welcome to cancel anytime. Any default debit orders unpaid for two months will cancel your subscription immediately. Legal action might follow and will be for the clients (supplier) account. Cancellation of the subscription is permitted at any time (month-to-month). Written notification must be sent via email to marketing@4hotels.co.za at least 30-days, one full calendar month, before the cancellation date. This order shall contain the entire agreement between the parties.4Hotels will only accept written instructions via email for cancellations, add on’s or changes to suppliers information.

Add on's

Your subscription includes direct marketing to over 21,000 hotels, lodges and corporate companies, we also offer additional add on's to your subscription as well. The Tenders4U benefit is an additional R100 extra p/m, this gives you access to Tenders which we provide exclusively to you. You will receive a unique username and password to access this feature. This list will be updated monthly. We also have the Homepage Ad space benefit at an additional R100 extra p/m. When selecting this add on, you will have advertising space on our website homepage which links directly to your listing.

Accept and agree

I, the above mentioned, hereby declare that I am duly authorised to act on behalf of the business/entity, and that all the information is true and correct. By accepting the terms and conditions, this agreement will be understood, as signed by, the authorised person indicated above and dually agree to the terms and conditions of 4Hotels.co.za as stipulated above.(required)

This signed Authority and Mandate refers to our contract dated (as stipulated above).
I / We hereby authorize you to issue and deliver payment instructions to your Banker for collection against my / our abovementioned account at my / our above-mentioned Bank (or any other bank or branch to which I / we may transfer my / our account) on condition that the sum of such payment instructions will never exceed my / our obligations as agreed to in the Agreement and commencing on (date stipulated above) and continuing until this Authority and Mandate is terminated by me / us by giving you notice in writing of not less than 20 ordinary working days, and sent by prepaid registered post or delivered to your address as indicated above. The individual payment instructions so authorized to be issued must be issued and delivered as follows: monthly. In the event that the payment day falls on a Sunday, or recognized South African public holiday, the payment day will automatically be the preceding ordinary business day. I / We understand that the withdrawals hereby authorized will be processed through a computerized system provided by the South African Banks and I also understand that details of each withdrawal will be printed on my bank statement. Each transaction will contain a number, which must be included in the said payment instruction and if provided to you should enable you to identify the Agreement. A payment reference is added to this form before the issuing of any payment instruction.

Mandate
I / We acknowledge that all payment instructions issued by you shall be treated by my / our above-mentioned Bank as if the instructions have been issued by me/us personally.

Cancellation
I / We agree that although this Authority and Mandate may be cancelled by me / us, such cancellation will not cancel the Agreement. I / We shall not be entitled to any refund of amounts which you have withdrawn while this Authority was in force, if such amounts were legally owing to you.

Assignment
I / We acknowledge that this Authority may be ceded or assigned to a third party if the Agreement is also ceded or assigned to that third party, but in the absence of such assignment of the Agreement, this Authority and Mandate cannot be assigned to any third party.
